Enjoy the desk area in the sun room and get some work done! We have high speed internet accessible for all your internet needs – there are smart TVs allowing you access to Netflix, Hulu, and your cable provider with you own user information. The driveway can accommodate 3 cars in tandem, local street signs do not allow overnight curbside parking. There is outdoor space in the form of a deck. You are more than welcome to use it however, please note that we are located in a neighborhood. There are families with small children nearby. Out of consideration for our neighbors we do not permit outdoor access after 9:00 PM. The house is not wheelchair accessible, all bedrooms are located on the second floor via stairs. Internet speed: 200 Mbps Fireplace is non-operational. No parties or events permitted.

Our neighborhood consists of a high percentage of Bates owned faculty-only housing. It is likely you'll see professors and school related professionals in the area. Bates security patrols the area consistently for added security. A very safe and peaceful neighborhood. While visiting Lewiston, you may want to check out these places! Brunch/breakfast: Forage Market Lunch/dinner/happy hour: Mac’s Grill, Da Vincis, Fish Bones Grill, George’s Pizza Supermarket: Hannaford (Roopers Beverage and Redemption for beer/wine/spirits) Auburn is a 2 min drive for all your shopping essentials and some additional food options. If you have some time, we highly recommend the city of Portland for all your entertainment needs – roughly 30-40 min away.
