The place was more than we expected. It was easy to get to and close to the beach. The place was spotless and well maintained. I like to thank my hosts for their hospitality and their assistance during our stay. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking forward to visiting Old Orchard. Vinny

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Richard and Julie's place. They are incredible hosts, very responsive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The location was great, short drive to Craigville Beach and also to downtown Hyannis and the port. We would certainly stay here again!
